ACM Football League – Terms & Conditions

The ACM Football League 2025 will take place at Arabian Center during the Ramadan period. All participants, spectators, and staff are required to adhere to the following terms and conditions for a smooth and respectful experience.

• The ACM Football League will be held from 7th March 2025 to 29th March 2025 in the Morning Court (Entrance B) atrium at Arabian Center.
• The matches will begin daily from 7 pm onwards on the above mentioned dates.
• A total of 3 winning teams will be selected at the finale– 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Each team will have 4 participants.
• Prizes for the winners include iPhone 16, Play Station 5 and ACM Mall Gift Cards. The winners will also receive trophies and medals for their participation and achievements. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Changes to the match schedule may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified in advance, and all changes will be subject to the ACM Management decision.
• Prior registration submission is mandatory for participation in the ACM Football League.

• Registrations must be submitted by 28th February 2025. No registrations will be accepted after this date. By submitting the registration form, participants agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the ACM Football League, whether or not explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.
• Participants must show respect to all individuals, including players, referees, and spectators.
• Discrimination, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior with other participants will not be tolerated. Offenders will be disqualified from the ACM Football League.
• As the ACM Football League is held during Ramadan, participants and spectators are requested to respect the customs of the holy month, including refraining from eating, drinking, or smoking in designated areas during fasting hours.
• All players must wear appropriate sports attire and indoor football shoes.
• A medical professional will be available on-site for emergencies. Participants must inform the organizers of any health concerns in advance. First Aid Station will be clearly marked at the venue.
• In case of a medical emergency during the ACM Football League, ACM Management or its representatives will seek medical treatment on behalf of the participant, if necessary. The participant will be responsible for any medical costs incurred.
• By submitting the registration form, participants acknowledge and accept responsibility for any health/safety concerns or physical injuries that may arise during the ACM Football League.
• ACM Management, its affiliates, employees, agents, or any vendors associated with the ACM Football League shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that participants may suffer, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of their participation in this event. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained during the event or while traveling to and from the event.
• By participating in the event, participants grant ACM Management to use any photographs, videos, or other media recordings taken of participants during the ACM Football League for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes. The media footage may be shared through various channels, including social media, print, and digital platforms.
• ACM Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the ACM Football League and the participants are advised to secure their belongings.
• ACM Management reserves the right to change the event dates, schedule, or format due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In case of cancellation, the ACM Management will communicate any changes to participants.
• Participants are expected to uphold a high standard of sportsmanship and fair play. Any actions deemed disruptive to the event or the enjoyment of others, including offensive language or unsportsmanlike conduct, may result in disqualification from the ACM Football League. Disqualified participants will forfeit any prizes and may be excluded from future events.
• All aspects related to the ACM Football League, including but not limited to registration, player selection, event scheduling, winner selection, and prize distribution, are solely at the discretion of ACM Management and all decisions made by ACM Management are final and binding.
