Terms & Conditions:
| The Arabian Center Winter Village is open daily from 2pm – 10pm. |
| The activation area is open to children aged 4 to 14 years. |
| Registration is required for participation in the activation area. The event staff will present a registration form at the entrance which would need to be filled out by the parent/guardian. |
| The registration form submission would be a consent to adhere to all the terms and conditions of the activation area as mentioned below. |
| Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child at all times. |
| Customers are required to form a queue at the entrance to enter the activation area. |
| The photo booth will allow free photo printouts. One photo print out will be given per child. |
| We want all children to enjoy their time. Therefore, we will allow a maximum of 15 kids to enter the activation area at any given time. Each session will be for 20 minutes. |
| Participating children will receive themed giveaways daily. The giveaways distributed at the activation area will be subject to management approval and as long as stocks last. |
| Your personal belongings are important to us. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we kindly remind customers that they are responsible for their belongings. Arabian Center Management would not be held responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items. |
| All children entering the activation area should adhere to all safety instructions provided by the event staff. Arabian Center Management would not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that may arise as a result of participating in the activities within the activation area. |
| We love capturing special moments, but we respect your preferences too. By entering the activation area, you are giving your consent to Arabian Center and its team to photograph or take videos of you or your child to be utilized on the mall’s marketing channels. If you prefer to avoid your child being photographed, please inform the event staff and we will ensure your request is respected. |
