It’s time for some great savings! The Arabian Center Discount Booklet is here. We are giving away Discount Booklets at the customer service desk on Level G; each packed with a variety of exclusive offers from various brands across the mall. Each book also contains a 20% cash back voucher on purchase of the mall gift card.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DISCOUNT BOOKLET

This discount booklet (the “Booklet“) provides holders with access to various discounts and offers from Arabian Center Mall. By using this Booklet, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• The Booklet will be distributed from 6 October 2025 until such time that stocks last (the “Promotional Period”).
• 100 Booklets will be distributed per day on a first come first served basis.
• The Booklet can be collected at the Information Counter in Arabian Center located on Level G.
• The Booklet will only be given to UAE residents and to those aged 18 and above only.
• Customer must by physically present along with their original Emirates ID to collect the Booklet. Kindly ensure to provide accurate information, failing which Arabian Centre reserves the right to forfeit or cancel the issuance of the Booklet. Customer Service staff will take a photocopy of the ID proof that is submitted. This is for internal records only.
• A maximum of one (1) Booklet will be given per customer / family during the Promotional Period.
• Arabian Center management will carry out internal checks before issuing the Booklet to any customer. This will be done to verify and ensure that only one (1) Booklet is given per customer/ family throughout the Promotional Period. In case it is found that the same customer has visited the desk to collect more than one (1) Booklet during the Promotional Period, Arabian Center reserves the right not to issue the Booklet or cancel any Booklet previously issued.
• Misuse or fraudulent use of the Booklet or its offers by you may result in the forfeiture of discounts and potential legal action.
• Arabian Center Mall is not liable for any misuse, stolen, fraudulent transaction, loss and damage of the Booklet and its included vouchers.

• Each offer included in the Booklet has its own terms and conditions which are mentioned behind the voucher.
• Each individual voucher has its own validity period which is also mentioned behind the voucher.
• To redeem any of the vouchers included inside the Booklet, the original vouchers should be presented at the participating stores. Photocopies or scanned copies will not be accepted.
• At the time of receiving your Booklet, you will be requested to fill out a form with your relevant details. The form will also confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
• By participating in this promotion, you are allowing Arabian Center Mall to contact you on any future events and offers. This will be done in the form of email or SMS.
• Arabian Center Mall reserves the right to amend these rules terms and conditions at any time without prior information.
• Arabian Center reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes or questions regarding this promotion should be directed to Arabiancenter.Info@alfuttaim.com . The decision of Arabian Center is final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CASH BACK PROMOTION

• The discount voucher is valid for use from 6 October until 30 November 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). However, the promotion may end before the scheduled end date if the cap set by Arabian Center management is reached. The decision to end the promotion early is at the sole discretion of Arabian Center management.
• The promotional offer is open to customers aged 18 and above. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
• Arabian Center Mall reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• This promotion offers a 20% cash back reward to eligible customers who purchase the Arabian Center Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) during the Promotional Period.
• The 20% cash back will be given on the purchase of the Gift Card. Minimum load value of the Gift Card purchase should be AED 200 and maximum load value should be AED 1,000. The Gift Card load value is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase/activation.
• The cash back will not apply on a Gift Card that exceeds the load value of AED 1,000.
• Customers must pay the AED 10 Gift Card activation fee separately either by cash or card.
• The Gift Card can be used at the participating stores located within Arabian Center Mall only.
• Arabian Center Mall may at its sole discretion issue, restrict or withdraw any number of Gift Cards that relate to you.
• Arabian Center Mall may carry out identification checks before the issuance of the Gift Card and if not satisfied with the evidence presented, Arabian Center Mall reserves the right not to issue a Gift Card to you.
• The discount voucher can be redeemed at the Information Counter in Arabian Center Mall located on Level G.
• Customer must be physically present with their original Emirates ID along with the original discount voucher to avail the promotional offer. A maximum of one (1) cash back voucher can be redeemed per customer during the Promotional Period. Photocopies or scanned vouchers or IDs will not be accepted.  Customer Service staff will take a photocopy of the ID proof that is submitted. This is for internal records only.
• At the time of availing the promotion and redeeming your discount voucher, you will be requested to fill out a form which will confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer.
• Arabian Center Mall is not liable for any misuse, stolen, fraudulent transaction, loss and damage of the voucher or the Gift Card.
• By participating in this promotion, you are allowing Arabian Center Mall to contact you on any future events and offers. This will be done in the form of email or SMS.
• The Gift Card does not facilitate any refunds for the products purchased from any participating retailers.
• Arabian Center Mall reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior information.
